Nitaku attacks

So far from my readings up on frame data and fuzzy guard it appears to me that you can do a 19 frame attack after a true nitaku situation meaning when you're at +7 or more. Now Eileen has a lot decent amount of attacks that fit this bill but only the mid attacking ones are worth note because they will force your opponent into doing either a P or throw.

9K+G is a key nitaku attack as well. 17i, non-clashable, and launching properties? Heck yeah.
